FNQ Rum Co.for trade
Australian rum and cane spirit from Mt Uncle Distillery at Walkamin, on the Atherton Tablelands. One 1500 L Arnold Holstein copper pot still, North Queensland sugarcane syrup rather than refinery molasses, and maturation in the tropics rather than a cellar. Five expressions from an unaged cane spirit to a ten-year single barrel. No added sugar, colour or flavour in any of them, and a barrel record behind every aged release. It sells on specificity: staff can say exactly what is in the bottle and why.

Three things a buyer can use
- A category story that is true
- Locally sourced North Queensland sugarcane syrup, not refinery molasses. That is a real production difference a bartender can explain in one sentence, and it is not a claim of superiority. The difference, explained.
- A ladder, not a single SKU
- Unaged at $75 through to a ten-year single barrel at $150. A venue can pour Platinum in a daiquiri and list Iridium X by the glass off the same brand plate.
- Disclosure you can put on a menu
- Age, strength, cask and additive status are published for every release, and aged releases resolve to a barrel record. The Barrel Register.
