Shipping andreturns
Every bottle is dispatched from the distillery at Walkamin. Nothing is drop-shipped, and nothing leaves without an adult signature on the other end.
Australia only. We cannot ship alcohol internationally, and we cannot deliver to a parcel locker or an unattended address.
An adult aged 18 or over must be present to sign. If nobody is home the carrier will card the address and hold the parcel for collection.
Orders are confirmed by the distillery before payment is taken. Rare cask allocations are assigned by bottle number at dispatch.
Rates, timeframes and returns
Freight is quoted per order when the distillery confirms it, so you always see the delivery cost before you pay for anything.

- Dispatch time
- Confirmed with your order. Dispatch is from Walkamin, QLD 4872.
- Damaged in transit
- Photograph the carton and the bottle and email orders@mtuncle.com within seven days. We replace breakages.
- Change of mind
- Unopened bottles in original condition can be returned by arrangement. Contact us before sending anything back.
- Faulty product
- Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected by anything on this page.
Collecting in person avoids freight entirely. The distillery is open daily and holds the full range. Plan a visit.
