Privacy
We collect as little as the site can function on, we do not sell it, and you can have it deleted by asking.
What this site stores on your device
Two things, both in your browser and neither sent to us automatically: your answer to the age check, so you are not asked on every page, and the contents of your cart, so it survives a refresh. Clearing your browser data removes both.
What you send us
If you join the mailing list we hold your email address to send new releases and barrel notes, and nothing else. If you send an enquiry or an order we hold what you wrote so we can answer it. Both reach the distillery at Mt Uncle. We do not sell, rent or trade any of it.
Unsubscribing and deletion
Every mailing list email carries an unsubscribe link. To have your details removed entirely, write to sales@mtuncle.com and say so, no reason required.
Contact
Privacy questions go to sales@mtuncle.com, or by post to Mt Uncle Distillery, 1819 Chewko Road, Walkamin QLD 4872.
