Terms of sale and use
Short version: you must be 18, we ship within Australia, and we confirm every order before taking payment.
Age
You must be 18 years or older to buy from us or to use this site. It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. We refuse and refund any order we believe breaches that.
Orders
Adding bottles to the cart on this site places an order request, not a contract of sale. The distillery confirms availability, freight and the total before payment is taken. Rare cask releases are allocated by bottle number at dispatch and cannot be reserved in advance.
Prices
Prices shown are in Australian dollars and include GST. Freight is additional and quoted per order. Prices can change without notice; the price confirmed on your order is the price that applies.
Delivery
Australia only, adult signature required. Full detail on the shipping and returns page.
What we publish
Production information in the Barrel Register is published under the FNQ Disclosure Standard and amended in the open where it changes. Tasting notes are descriptive, not a guarantee of how any individual bottle will present.
Consumer law
Nothing here limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
